We were so excited to get our first glimpse of our baby. It was amazing! We could see our Little One's eyes, mouth, and cute little nose. All of our Baby's tiny little fingers and toes were so wonderfully formed. We saw the Little One turn, move arms and legs, and raise a little hand to the mouth, maybe to suck his/her thumb. The Baby weighs about 14 oz. and is only about as long as a stick of butter.
I can hardly understand how our Baby can be so perfectly and intricately created and yet is still so small and has so much growing left to do before we can welcome him/her into the world. Baby, we don't know you yet, but we love you so much. You are our precious child that God has blessed us with!
